Adjustability and Sizing: Every clasp located at the back of your body chain are points of attachment (neck, waist, and or hip). You will see a jeweled chain at these points serving as more than just decorative dangle. Every one of the larger rings on this jeweled chain is a new point of attachment, giving the wearer a range of adjustability. You may expand and contract as you wish. That being said, I build each piece especially for your perfect measurements as our own contours are unique to us. I will require neck, bust, underbust, waist, and hip measurements to ensure a proper custom fit.

Creation Timeframe and Shipping: Each Body Chain, Bralette, and Shoulder Necklace is a custom work of wearable art made to fit the measurements you provide for me. Every piece is bespoke and made by hand by a one-woman micro-business. Because of this I will require 12 full business days to create your custom piece of art. They are worth the wait! After your piece has been processed, made and packaged, you will get a shipping notification with a tracking number.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Orders received after 5pm Pacific Time will be processed on the next business day. The order processing timeframe is not included in the jewelry creation timeframe.
All orders are shipped Free via USPS Priority Mail and do not ship on US holidays.
Return Policy: If you decide within 14 days that you don’t absolutely love your piece, you may return your wearable art. Your custom Phineries may be returned in the original packaging only. To process your return, please send the item back to me at your own shipping expense. Once I have received the jewelry I will reimburse you the full purchase price. For steps on how to carry out a return please refer to the Shipping & Returns page.
Body Chains, Bralettes, and Shoulder Necklaces can be returned within 14 days. Due to hygiene reasons, all earring purchases are final and cannot be returned. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all customers.
