Why is there only one of each piece available?

Every piece is a bespoke work of art made with your perfect measurements that you provide me. I require two weeks to carefully custom build it by hand and send it out to you with love. Since this is a one-woman business, I set the availability as a singular item to ensure I have the build time and gemstones to complete your order. If there are ‘zero’ of a piece available it means I am currently doing a custom build and will make that piece available again online once it is complete.

How do I wear my beautiful Phineries? How do I adjust them?

I create your Phineries to fit your measurements at the tightest setting. That being said, your Body Chain or Bralette has a degree of adjustability. At your attachment points in the back, you will see many large rings cascading down the clasp in a decorative ‘dangle’. All of these larger rings are points of attachment for your clasp. You may contract and expand as you wish! As far as how to wear them, that is up to you and your own personal style. They look incredible over or under casual, dress, or formal garments.

Can I be in the Gallery? (The Gallery is coming soon)

YES! Send me a photo of you wearing your Phineries at seraphina@serasphineries.com and I would be thrilled to add you to the gallery. Once you submit your photo the Gallery is considered public information. However, if you decide at any time you would no longer like your photo to be featured in the gallery; send me an email to the same address stating you would like your photo removed as well as which photo is yours, and your request will be honored.

Is there a warranty on my Phineries?

I design and build your pieces to be heirloom items. Nevertheless, realize that sometimes things happen. Your Phineries are guaranteed for a year. If you find a component of your jewelry to be defective or you have cracked a stone, follow these steps:

1.Email me at seraphina@serasphineries.com to let me know what needs to be repaired as well as your return address.

2.Send your jewelry to my PO Box at 5129 Evergreen Way, STE D #503 Everett, WA 98203. The return shipping cost of your jewelry will be covered by you. Please contact me at the email address above with a tracking number so I may track your jewelry.

3.I will repair or replace any defective component and send it right back to your return address.

Where can I see you in person and try on your Phine designs?

In person is my favorite way of meeting people and sharing my wearable art. I have a booth at many art shows, festivals, and ren-faires across Washington and Oregon state. There are many benefits to seeing me at a show or festival; not only do you get access to limited pieces not available online, but also try on every design and have a custom fitting for your piece.
