The Sera’s Phineries website is an ecommerce site hosted by Squarespace.

Placing Orders for Products

By placing an order for products through Sera’s Phineries you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

This information includes, but is not limited to, your name, email, phone number, credit card or payment information (through Squarespace’s payment processor Paypal Business), and shipping information.

Order Cancellation

Sera’s Phineries reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to (a) product availability (b) errors in the order (c) errors in price or description of the order (c) if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any products you purchase can only be returned or refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Product Returns

Body Chains, Bralettes, and Shoulder Necklaces can be returned within 14 days. These products can only be returned in the original packaging. To process your return, the product will need to be shipped to Sera’s Phineries at your own shipping expense. Once the product has been returned to Sera’s Phineries in the original packaging you will be reimbursed the full purchase price. Due to hygiene reasons, all earring purchases are final and cannot be returned. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all customers.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped Free using USPS Priority Mail. All orders are provided with a tracking number and normally arrive within 3 business days after they are shipped.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for Body Chains, Bralettes, and Shoulder Necklaces returned within 14 days as well as product returns for repairs under the year-long warranty period.
Sera’s Phineries will cover the shipping cost of returning a repaired or replaced product under warranty to your return address.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

Sera’s Phineries is always updating available products on this Website. The products available on this Website may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable at the time and we may experience delays in updating the information regarding these products. Therefore we cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including product images, pricing, availability, specifications, and services.
We reserve the right to modify or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Prices Policy

Sera’s Phineries reserves the right to revise our prices at any time prior to accepting and order.

A quoted price may be revised by us subsequent to accepting an order in the event of an occurrence affecting the cost of materials, increased shipping charges, government action, and any other matter beyond the control of Sera’s Phineries. In that event, you have the right to cancel your order.

Payments

Payment is handled through Squarespace’s payment processor Paypal Business. If we do not receive the required authorization of payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Intellectual Property

This Website and it’s original content (excluding content provided by you and other users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Sera’s Phineries. Sera’s Phineries content and product is protected by US copyright laws; our content or products can not be used for commercial purposes by others.

Your Reviews and Gallery Photos

You assign all rights, title and interest in any reviews and customer photos you provide Sera’s Phineries. You agree to grant us a royalty-free right to use such reviews and gallery photos without restriction.
